How can I speak with an adviser when I don?t have an account or membership number or telephoning banking number? the system is not functioning and you are losing new accounts?Repeatedly being told to enter your card of membership details only works if you are a current account holder?

Waste of space. You would think they could inform local customers they are temporarily closing.Just wasted a couple hours and fuel to Bank here and find it shut!!Customer service at Natwest these days is non existent. 1 till open and all the other staff just stand around or ask you "what are you here to do today?" Ist that obvious, I ain't here for a haircut!! Just want you to use the machines which usually don't work properly and you end up back at the counter. Grrrrrrrrrrr

Times on website did not match the door so I waited additional time to deposit cash,when the doors were opened the staff member spoke to the person behind me who got to jump ahead of me for no apparent reason ,as soon as I started to ask a question the member of staff started speaking to a elderly cpl choosing to ignore me speaking,so I decided to use self serve machine while holding money and notes in view of the staff member she watched me go from left machine across to the right till there was a machine that takes notes,I then tried asking if there was a 1 way system in progress and got ignored so I just walked straight out the door I entered.

Please update your branch opening hours on website, as this is the second trip to do essential banking which I am unable to do on line. Far from happy wasted journey wasted petrol. I noted sign on door is not really near entry door. Please move so it is visible to customers.

Had to visit the branch on Tuesday, waited 20 minutes in the queue outside, no member of staff to explain what was happening, a number of the people also outside waiting just wanted to use the machines inside which were available. Shocking lack of service and nil organisation by the staff.

NatWest is my bank, although this location is not my branch, and having banked with NatWest for over 30 years and had no real cause to complain about anything they have done. In fact many new services have made banking easier and safer.We all need banks and in my opinion NatWest is no better and no worse than any of the other UK banks that we could mention.So let's get over the banking crisis and look forward to a brighter future?

Terrible service. Refusal to do anything for customers, even refused to allow me to withdraw my own money until I insisted seven times!!
