I did enquire about upgrading and Michael wrote down the figures to help demonstrate the different price options and a breakdown of the services. I was also given a copy to take home with me so I could do come comparisons online.I didn't feel pressured at any point to upgrade to a new phone and was reassured by Michael that I could come back any time and he would be happy to help.10/10 customer experience, really friendly and knowledgeable.”

“I went to this store in kings lynn today to see about a repair on a Nintendo switch but they don’t do repairs but the 2 guys in there looked at the console and sorted it out for me and it wasn’t any trouble for them.
