“I felt I must comment on the first class service I had from Andrei and his younger colleague who’s name I didn’t catch (a young lad looking to adopt a collie dog) the service I received was absolutely amazing. I had a very unhelpful and bad service experience from Tesco serpentine green and walked out of the shop it was that bad. These 2 guys at the Three Peterborough branch however were the complete opposite. Extremely helpful chatty, patient and very courteous. Thank you to both of you, you did a great job. “I would like to thank both Sara and Tiegan for what I can only describe as a fantastic level of customer service. This morning I popped into o2’s Queensgate Peterborough store because I had an issue with my phone refusing to charge. I thought it might need a replacement lightning cable “jacking point”, but straight away Tiegan explained that it might just need cleaning out. Both Sara and Tiegan proceeded to spend about 10 minutes of their time cleaning the port after which they offered to give me a little charge whilst I did some shopping. I offered to pay for their service, but said that it was part of what they do for customers anyway. They were professional, helpful and a joy to spend 10 minutes of my time with. Too often people post about poor service, but I feel that we rarely give people credit for a job well done, I can assure you that this was a job well done ladies. I hope somebody from your customer service team reads this and gives you two ladies the well deserved pat on the back/bonus/commendation that you deserve.”
