“Very much like the centre, don't be fooled by how messy it is when you walk in. Lots of boxes and trolleys. Bits of paper stuck everywhere but there is a good mix of vintage and collectables as well as older pieces. Would say that the gentlemen on the counter need a little customer service training. All I heard whilst in the beer shop was the man with glasses complaining about bags, presumably he's worrying about thefts? Restaurant recommended too.”

“i couldent find any kpop albums. Though it was a great experience looking around, i got nothing but it was super fun and i found a mug that said “i love kpop” and i really wanted it but i couldent have it and when i looked around i found hatsune miku and some other stuff and yh!”

“My son just brought us a new tempur bed and motion base frame. The sales lady was called Kacey. I have never had such good customer service. She was extremely polite and helpful. Answered all our questions, having such an in-depth knowledge of all the differences between the mattresses. Sometimes you go to places and get very pushy salespeople. Kacey has mastered the art of being there to help but not pushy and gave us plenty of time to view and decide. Such a lovely polite lady that deserves a pay that equals the highest standard of service that she gives her customers. I could not think any higher of her. Such a pleasure to spend a bit of time with .”

“Lovely big store, 2 floors. Escalates & lift. Lots of lovely Easter bits. The differeent range of all types of goods available. Everything you need & more. Big garden section, good prices, outside plants materials too. Big pet section. Coffee shop upstairs. Toilet available. Staff very friendly & helpful. Car park directly outside. Wheelchair friendly. Worth a visit here so much to see. Near other shops too in Hardwick. Easy access”

“Went yesterday to try and replace a valve of a very old copper hot water cylinder was not to sure if I would be able to buy a new part that was the same the two guys were realy helpful and up for a laugh and funny”

“I purchased a fridge freezer, TV and washing machine at competitive prices. The sales staff were helpful, professional and knew about their products. My delivery arrived as scheduled and the delivery guys were friendly and efficient. They set up the TV, installed the washing machine, checked it was working and took all the wrapping away. It is great to shop locally, I highly recommend them.”

“I visited with my mother and nothing was too much trouble for the gentleman who served us. He opened up and took out the box a Combi Oven for my mother to see it.Whilst we did not purchase from them we certainly would have if they had dealt with the make of Combi oven my mother eventually decided on.I called the following day to ask them if they did deal with the company and was told no. However the gentleman was still extremely helpful.I would certainly go there for any for either my parents or myself and highly recommend anyone looking for electrical household items to visit.Far more personal service than the larger high street stores.Your staff are a credit to your Kings Lynn Store.”

“Oh my gosh! I'd forgotten how good this shop is in pricing. There are some great sales going on while I was in there. I love that they have a good choice of most things in men, women and children's wear. A small selection of household bits and pieces that I didn't have a chance to fully appreciate. Great parking, easy access. Check Matalan out if you've not been. Go back if it's been a while. Well worth the stop.”
