“I know that WH Smith isn't the most popular shop on British high streets but I like it, and this one's a good example. The staff have always been helpful whenever I've needed anything, and the shop is well laid out. . The Post Office at the back of the shop does have a very long queue at certain times of the day, especially lunch time.”
