“Superb long weekend, very clean, comfortable, stylish and elegant hotel. It is a C15 Coaching inn, refurbed in the last 3 years to a great style and comfort. Breakfast was lovely, (Although they couldn't find a veggie sausage). We stayed for three days and ate dinner once, which was relatively pricey (£27 for a Steak main course, £20 for a salmon main) but the food was beautifully cooked & presented. Would recommend the chocolate fondant dessert! The restaurant was full as were the bar areas, so it is clearly popular. Due to the hotel being fully booked, we had to change rooms after two nights, and the second room was smaller, but still well appointed. Both beds were extremely comfortable and linen was fresh & clean. En-suites were well-appointed, clean and supplied with shampoo, conditioner, handwash, shower gel, shower cap & towels. Harleston also proved to be a lovely market town to spend a few days in. Would totally recommned.”
