Wow! Worst customer care ever!! Send my refund beginning of september. Asked niw where my money is. Sending all of the proofs I recieved from DHL that I have returned it with date and tracking number. Saw a few nice items but they were near to closing time so will go back again next week to buy

They didn’t refund my dress after I returned it, literally 5 minutes after buying. It does say I’ve returned the dress, but I haven’t gotten a refund. I’m very mad and disappointed, I’m gonna tell my community that they shouldn’t shop here.
