“Popped in last week with a leaking tap, which I'd removed from my bathroom. The fittings I'd removed weren't a straight forward exchange but the staff totally sorted me out. They found the correct coupling and even gave me an old offcut because I needed 25mm of pipe.Brilliantly professional staff”

“Absolutely brilliant service from the team today at the Great Yarmouth store. We couldn't do click and collect as we had a voucher we had to use in store, and due to my husband's hip problems would have massively struggled to load 30 bags of gravel. From the manager Nicky who sorted for the items to be brought to the checkout, June and the other lady at the checkout, and David and Dan who so kindly loaded our bags of gravel into the car on our three trips to collect, they all went above and beyond to help us and were so friendly and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. Customer service absolutely exemplary, we are so grateful for their help, thank you all so much.”
