Only popped in to pick up my old man's prescription - poor young girl was in tears at the counter because of how rude one member of staff was to her. Glad to have heard another member of staff urging her to put in a formal complaint, as it was bang out of order.

Absolute chaos Customers standing around blocking new customers getting to counter. 7 Staff milling around no organisation.
