“Took my elderly father and his bike in to Halfords today, he was having trouble with his gears. Spoke to Wez in the bike repair section. He was polite and patient with my extremely hard of hearing farther. We left the bike in his capable hands and not only did he fix the problem, he also cleaned it up a bit and checked the brakes to make sure it was safe for him… and then helped us get it into the car! This is the level kindness that puts faith back into humanity.. thank you Wez, you made my dad’s day. Hope you get recognition for both your service and kindness!”
