“I called Richard as I had an issue with the handbrake on my car , I had already spent money trying to rectify the issue with another garage who changed things that actually didn’t need doing , I had also dealt with ford who would not put the diagnostics machine on the car as they said they could only do that with the light on . I knew that the code would be there although the light kept coming on and off . Richard dug deep into trying to find the issue without it causing me huge extra costs . He repaired the problem and was very helpful in another matter I had with the car . Really pleased with the service and cost . Will be using again . Thank you .”
