“01/04/2020 - The Other Day after shopping at Iceland , High Street , Gorleston , I was unfortunate enough to have a fall , outside the Store .Despite their busy , workload at this horrible time , several Members of staff, rushed to my Aid ..!One got me a Chair , they were all so Kind (like I was a Person , not just a Customer !!)One member of staff (then finishing work for the day ) - even gave me a lift home , with my Shopping .I know this is a week later - I am still sore , but , much better !!But this act by such Kind People , has restored my faith In Human Nature - HUGE THANKS TO ALL CONCERNED , Mr Antony Banyer”

“Parking outside the shop is available, but constantly changing. Went for fresh milk and bread. Both of which they had. Typical co-OP loads of general groceries. Plus there is an on site pharmacy. So you can puck up your medication at the same time, or drop off a perscription and have them.make it up while you do the rest of the shopping. I went at 11.00 and it was quite quiet.... mask to be worn in the shop.”

“Before arriving at Morrisons in Gorleston, I checked the opening times. They said that it opened at 7am. I arrived at 6:57am and it was closed. Then, just three minutes later, it was open. I went inside and there were lots of shelves with things on them. I purchased six items (no, I will not disclose which items I purchased. It's private. Nosey). When I left, there were still lots of things left for other people to buy. Also, it was easy to park as there was a big, flat area outside that cars could go.”
