“Giving them 5* as the good members of staff (Ask for Zak if you can) were really helpful and went the extra mile. No sense of being ripped off, and even advised what was essential and what would pass an MOT. Previously I’ve avoided Kwikfit Dereham as some of the staff can be ‘tools’ (pardon the pun), but luckily it seems most of them have gone. Would list who I’d personally avoid, but I’m not sure which ones are still there and besides, maybe the message will get back to them and they’ll be more like Zak. Nice centre, well stocked, good vibes. Avoid peek times!!!”
