Went for lunch. Waited what seemed overly long ( about 20 minutes), the chips that arrived were not hot, they were replaced quickly with hot ones. Unfortunately, these were undercooked. We had to be elsewhere so due to the long initial wait we didn't have time to complain again and had to leave with a lot of lunch uneaten.... read full comment
