I understand they are busy, but don't leave customers standing at the counter unacknowledged for ages. “I always like shopping at Morrisons as it has a more chilled atmosphere in comparison to other Supermarkets.However, my experience today was not quite what I was expecting. I know staff who have been on shift all day need to sometimes express themselves but this occasion seemed a little excessive. Two particular members were shouting backwards and forwards to each other, singing to the piped music through the store and sharing loudly they were going home to 'get bladdered'.I appreciate the service our Supermarket staff provide, but please please be aware that any of your customers could be going through difficult times as they go about their day. It just made me feel uncomfortable.Sorry. ?”
