No self service checkouts and always a lack of people on the tills mean the queues are always huge, whilst other staff stand around stacking shelves completely oblivious.

Dreadful store. Rude and abrupt staff working at the checkouts.
I witnessed a poor guy who wasn't given his change because a member of the team "forgot"
