“So glad to still find a high Street branch that hasn't been closed! A rather small interior space for customers, so queuing is mostly outside, meaning it will hopefully not be raining when I need to go ? Have always found the staff nice and friendly and helpful.”

“Well, let's put it this way. I used to drive 100 from London to use this branch and still would if my parents still in Norfolk. The difference between this branch and Crouch End in North London could not be so different. Maybe it's a Norfolk thing where the customer is still a customer. I often walked into that bank after working all night at my nightclub and bung a bag or paying in book that was often wrong and they never ever argued about sorting out. I even overpaid some money in and that was picked up by a phone call from the Branch Manager who knew most customers and came out to see you or ask if you needed a private room.If you are reading this read the review about the Crouch End branch, you'll get the idea!”

“ I had problems with my internet bank after 5 min they took me terminal and went through by problem and sorted all problems out. it was one of the counter staff suggested that you get someone office to come and help me and we'll go through my problem ”

“I had a couple of questions I needed answering as I'd been sent emails that I wasn't sure about what needed doing. The lovely young girl at the door recognised me and my husband straight away which made us feel less stressed and solved my problems immediately.”

“Like a lot of high street banks, they are very busy. So lucky to still have the Dereham branch. Staff have to go through so much anti fraud, but all for your own financial safety. Staff are great. Special mention to Karen who is helpful, kind and patient.”
