We had a family dinner at The Blue Bell, while staying in Langham and were delighted with the service and food. The waitresses were efficient and attentive, and the food was all delicious. There was something for everyone with some unusual dishes, of which the curried monkfish was particularly delicious. Great chips too !! We'll be back - as pity it may have to wait until next summer.

We come to this pub every summer, but this year they?ve really upped their game. The food was so good, a significant improvement from previous years. Portions were generous, flavours spot on, and service was quick.
We were a group of five and ordered two Sunday beef roasts, the burger from their menu, and for the kids, scampi and chips and cheesy tomato pasta. For dessert, we shared an Eton Mess. All of it was delicious.
The pub itself is cosy, with a lovely beer garden out back that?s perfect for sunny days. We sat outside, which was great, though it?s worth noting that if you?re outdoors you pay as you go rather than running a tab. I imagine they?ve had some bad experiences in the past, so fair enough, but table service would have made it even better.
It?s also very family-friendly, with a children?s menu, a playground in the beer garden, and a selection of games and books to keep little ones entertained.
All in all, we?re really happy with the improvements this year at this lovely little village pub. We?ll definitely be back before our holiday is over

The food here is delicious, we couldn?t believe how good! We?re staying in a cottage very close so we feel like we?ve struck gold. The staff are friendly and welcoming, good selection of beers and drinks in a lovely pub with a stunning beer garden around the back. The crowing glory is their food tho, we had the cod and it was blooming brilliant.

We popped in today for a quick drink in the sunshine, we were met by 2 very pleasant and polite bar staff, once outside in the lovely garden, we decided to order food. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked.
A little gem of a pub which is well worth a visit.

A wonderful local pub that served restaurant quality food. Absolutely brilliant place to eat.
The bar area and beer garden have a nice rustic feel.
It's a dog friendly pub.
Young staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend and love to come back next time we visit the area.
Would recommend to anyone as a top marks pub!
Thank you.

Absolutely Superb Roast Beef Sunday Lunch. This is the best I have found in Norfolk. What's amazing is the beef is quite thick, but not chewy at all, and I have been more than once so its not a co-incidence. Also, the beef has a really nice flavour, almost like chargrilled, its not bland at all. Likewise Greens and other veg, not chewy. Horseradish sauce nicely hot and perfect accompaniment. Other items on the plate, fairly standard, but plentiful.
Its quite expensive at £23 - but it does include a cauliflower cheese separately which you often pay more for. I counted 5 different vegetables - gravy was a bit thick, but its a lovely pub and service is great too. We will be back soon, guaranteed!

I grew up and had my first pint in the blue bell ! It used to be a family style pub with the weekends spilling out into the street! Now it?s just another gastro pub, selling mediocre food and they really don?t like the drinkers who used to keep the pub alive during the hard winter months!!

Fabulous gastro pub. We had a delicious Sunday roast, really well cooked, not mass produced. Only downside is they only do food Thursday to Sunday otherwise we would have been back.

Tasty risotto dish but very small portion and with very little Cromer crab in it. Excellent dessert though!
Really dog friendly place!

Had the best beef sunday roast ever, recommended by a friend so thought we would try it out, well worth the drive from Norwich. Both me and my partner had the beef roast dinner which came with cauliflower cheese and a bowl of green veg, portion size was huge and you get plenty of meat. staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, including asking for a pot of extra gravy. Will be going back again.

We went for Norfolk restaurant week. Enjoyed a 3 course (£8 per course) meal. Amazing tastes but a little over priced for the quantity. Couldn't fault the quality but would be interesting to see size of their normal cheeseboard. A lovely pub with on street parking.
