Luckily for us, we couldn't get a reservation in Holt! Good Sunday menu. We skipped starters and went for roast beef, which was delicious and tender, served with 'greens' and an individual cauliflower cheese. The service was good and friendly. We'll be back!

The service was very slow despite being the only people in the restaurant. A table of four we had two good meals, mushroom risotto and two bad meals, pie & mash. Lovely cosy village eaterie, great tasty produce, the food was piping hot, the fries were so warm and crispy. Don't normally have a dessert but I went for the choc orange brownie sundae, delicious dark chunks of brownie, tangy orange slices,with an orange gel, choc sauce and topped with vanilla ice cream. The Langham Blue Bell is a cosy village pub close to the North Norfolk coast, just inland from nearby Blakeney. Little sister to The Harper hotel a three-minute walk away, it serves craft ales on tap and British classics with a contemporary twist, from seasonal pies and puddings to traditional weekend roasts. Open fires add to the atmosphere, and there’s a lovely beer garden in summer.
