If I'm told one more time that the "practice operates a model of totally clinical triage" when on hold, my head will explode...Apart from this I find the Doctors here are always very nice

Excellent experience today. Fast and reactive care. The new digital consultation system Patchs makes it much easier to access the right care. I was called by a GP to obtain more information about my problem. They managed 1 problem over the phone and needed to see me for another problem.
