“Every single time, always helpful, always courteous and always quick. The staff cannot be any nicer if they tried. They have a difficult area as I know there are many older customers, but they are always so nice to them. I unfortunately have to go quite regularly for controlled drugs. As soon as my GP sends it, its ready the next day after 2pm for controlled drugs they don't keep on site and same day for practically everything else. Caroline is someone I speak to a lot on the phone and she's always patient even with me having to call to check up on my GP sending in my repeats. Keep up the good work guys, we need you in west kirby.”
