UPDATE: Three months on, still not fixed.Apart from having to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment, the NHS-Guest WiFi hasn't worked for years, and reception staff are not interested in resolving this.

Used to be an amazing doctors practice but is now beyond redemption!...I actually feel like it should no longer be considered as a doctors practice.Told them I was extremely concerned over my deteriorating health & told.....sorry last slot gone!

Doctors are fab ...... WHEN you can get to see or speak to them. Getting through phone lines then reception is impossible. I am supposed to be flagged as ongoing health and mental health issues are getting worse. Even my key worker has been unable to get me an appointment. Leave a few appointments open for severe cases please receptionist someone being told to go walk in or phone tomorrow could do themselves serious harm

Impossible to get appointment! been with them for over 30 years and I am now looking round to find another GP. The Doctors and nurses are lovely but the booking system is letting patients down badly.

Such a great surgery. Always get an appointment quickly, staff are so efficient and kind. So happy with this doctors very lucky to have it so close to home. Have looked after my whole family over years so well.

I joined the practice about 4 years ago and the support I've had from every single gp has been really really amazing. I've never felt listened to before I joined this practice sometimes I deal with st hilarys a few times a month and I really couldn't ask for better service and support

Shocking the way the reception staff speak to my elderly parents on the phone I was at there's to witness this and I will be putting a complaint in to the right people! Not the surgery as this has happened a lot in the past year, my parents are actually very poorly and the reception staff don't care and it shows! If your not happy dealing with public get another job stop making pentioners lives a misery, nothing at all against the tireless doctors they are Fantastic when you can get past the gestapo reception.. sort it out st hillary group practice your surgery used to be lovely when it was on walllasey Road

Locked up like Fort Knox during Covid. Forced to stand out outside and shout through a window (opened an inch, if you're lucky) to one of the highly-disgruntled looking receptionists who, from the expression on their face and tone of voice, make it all too clear that they resent you having the cheek to turn up and seek an appointment for any form of medical treatment."I'd like to make an appointment for a diabetic blood test, please""We've nothing til the 4th September !!!" is the barked back responseDisgusting. Do the job that you're paid (public money) to do.

Came today 13.55 pm. My appointment was at 14.00. Exactly at 14.00 I saw the doctor came in his surgery. Because I was the only one at that moment, I thought I will be called (even doctor came at my appointment time). 10 minutes later - nothing. Receptionist didn't apologise, she just kept telling me: - You were early and doctor is right now on the computer. Excuse me, shouldn't doctor come not exactly at 14.00 but a little early if he has appointment at that time? It seems that doctor very values his expensive time but patience time is doesn't matter. I found it very dis-respectful. This practise never sends me reminders on taking my blood samples, even though it should be taken regularly. The receptionist once lost my appointment. I did come and I wasn't in the system. Good that I had proof on paper. Many times there was mistake with passing my prescriptions to pharmacist. Anyway, I've had enough and I'm leaving this practice.
