UPDATE: Three months on, still not fixed.Apart from having to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment, the NHS-Guest WiFi hasn't worked for years, and reception staff are not interested in resolving this.

Used to be an amazing doctors practice but is now beyond redemption!...I actually feel like it should no longer be considered as a doctors practice.Told them I was extremely concerned over my deteriorating health & told.....sorry last slot gone!

Doctors are fab ...... WHEN you can get to see or speak to them. Getting through phone lines then reception is impossible. I am supposed to be flagged as ongoing health and mental health issues are getting worse. Even my key worker has been unable to get me an appointment. Leave a few appointments open for severe cases... read full comment
