Really friendly staff. From the staff on the desk to the lovely dentist and dental nurse. I felt at ease the whole time and not judged. Dentist was helpful and gave realistic advice.

If you can avoid the practice, do so. I have had a few bad experiences with the practice. From rude staff at the reception to issues where the dentist that attended a family member said that there were no issues with them once their teeth were checked. But once they attended another practice because of acute pain, it was found that the wisdom tooth was pulling the other teeth to such a degree that if they had waited any longer they would have lost some of the adjacent teeth. I experienced similar issues of wrong diagnosis which were double checked by another dentist showing that there was nothing wrong.

Having used this practice for 30 years, I was hoping for as excellent a service as I had when it was a private practice. Initially it was a 50/50 experience (difficulty in getting appointments, reception staff not as friendly or assuring as previous), but my concerns have been quashed, the staff are very pleasant and try hard to be accommodating to my limited availability due to working fulltime.My most recent experience involved the loss of the tooth holding my crown. The dentist was very sympathetic, as was the assistant, to my upset. She explained my options, outcomes, expense, etc. So it's now an ongoing procedure with no knowing how it will turn out, but I am confident of the support and care that I have from this practice.

After a terrible weekend with toothache I called for emergency appointment. Know NHS treatment available. I paid £75 for treatment ! After a couple of injections I was sorted. The offending tooth was removed. What a relief ! Never felt a thing. I need more treatment but unfortunately the cost stops me from making further appointments. I worked all my life and paid in to the system ! Living costs are high if it comes to eating or paying for dental treatment it?s a know brainier. I would highly recommend this practice I was treated well from start to finish. Thank you ?

Wife attempted to get an appointment after having bad toothache for the last five days. Receptionist smugly informed her she?d been taken off the list due to not attending an appointment in 2018. No help whatsoever. Do the management realise how incompetent and un compassionate some of their staff are? Basic customer service course needed, plus common decency.

I had a dental emergency and called around most dentists in wallasey for emergency appointment. No one would see me except MyDentist. Their receptionist was so friendly and helpful she booked me in for an appointment an hour after calling. Babitha and Emma where wonderful, warm and caring.. they fixed my problem quickly and professionally! I cannot fault anything at all. You are real life Tooth Fairy's!Thank you and best wishes.

First time visit and the staff are lovely. The dentist was so kind - Ryan- went for a check up but was desperate to have a tooth out? they had a cancellation and fitted me in.What a relief! The team are smilers and fun.

Just lost the final of my 4 fillings with this surgery. Totally disgusted with them . The other three came out at the end of 2019 & I approached them about this & was left with a frosty reception. Then Covid came along so I have had cavities for over 2 years with no chance of a refundI will have to pay all over againMy father was a dentist & my brother & sister in law practiced in Wallasey so I have a little more knowledge of dentistry than some random receptionistAvoid at all costs they said they would get back to me in 20 working days still waiting 13 months later

Trying to register as a patient I visited in mid-summer, but was told that the practise was not taking more patients until the New Year.I visited today, 16th December, to hand in my application form, only to be told that they are not taking patients until April. I'm very disappointed about this, but grateful that I didn't get accepted by such an inefficient practise.I will continue my search for a new dentist

I had an appointment with Dr Ryan ollerton who's one of the nicest and best dentists I've ever seen really friendly guy an sorted me out really happy with the outcome! Couldn't be happier! Would highly recommend

I've nearly finished my treatment plan at this dentist and I've found them all to be extremely professional and very pleasant and welcoming so much so I shall be staying with them and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good dental practice

Removed my wife from their books during her cancer treatment without informing her. Now she cannot get an appointment anywhere to deal with her sore tooth that gives her real problems during chemotherapy.

Reception needs some training. Some of them have ?a can?t be bothered? attitude and very unhelpful! This has been a personal experience on a few occasions now. Be more professional and personable!
