If you can avoid the practice, do so. I have had a few bad experiences with the practice. From rude staff at the reception to issues where the dentist that attended a family member said that there were no issues with them once their teeth were checked. I had a 3pm appointment today. I took a day off work and they phoned me at mid day to cancel the appointment. I would give a zero if I could.
