“I went in to get some more bulbs as my nearside dipped and foglight had blown. At the till, Bethany asked me if I was sure if these were the correct ones. Not being 100 per cent sure, we headed out to my car for a look. She had brought her tool kit with her. It took a while for her to get the foglight cover. I told her that I admired her persistence. Once the cover was off, the bulb was changed as it was the correct one. She then proceeded to change the dipped lamp which also gave her the runaround for a while too. She was very calm and tenacious. Once finished, the lights were tested with a positive result. I cannot stress enough the fantastic customer service I received today from Bethany.
