“I had a wonderful experience at Bensons for Beds . I had slipped a disc and was in agony with my back.I'm unable to sleep on my current mattress and rang in desperation to ask advice around a new purchase.The lady I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable and talked to me in great detail about various options. Many of these didn't include an immediate purchase, rather seeking further medical advice, taking time to find the right thing and not necessarily overpaying and well as underpaying.The lady apologized for not encouraging me to make a quick sale, and told me she wanted to make sure I had made the right decision for me, even if that meant not selling that day.I was really touched by this approach. It made me feel reassured, and gave me confidence and trust in Bensons. I am much clearer about my options, relieved that there are potential solutions for pain relief and now committed to being a lifelong customer.Thanks for the great experience and I look forward to coming in soon for my new mattress!I don't know the lady's name, so please pass on my thanks if you are able to.”
