He gave us the delivery day and you kept us informed as to the time of delivery. Liam and Colin sent a text to tell us they were on there way and true to their text arrived on time, it was such a very hot day and moving and shifting mattresses must have been exhausting for them, they are an excellent team and again a credit to your organisation.

Ann put my delivery details through the computer and said one would be ordered for me. Next day, Tuesday 19 November, it was delivered. I rang up head office to relay my thanks for his help not sure it ever got through to store as customer service on phone not very helpful over times I ever rang. “Ordered a bedroom carpet to be fitted and a double bed with mattress.Delivered on the day as suggested. Carpet fitted quickly and efficiently by a great fitter.There was a small part missing from securing the headboard. The manager brought it himself after work despite being out of his way and fitted the headboard himself which wasn’t part of the agreement.Great friendly service.Thank you Mike at the St Helens store.”
