“The sop was Dreams. A great range of beds to choose from! We even had a coffee as we chose. The choice if beds, bases etc is too much to list here but whatever you choose you won't be disappointed. Kelly served us and didn't push for a sale which made the experience a pleasure.”

“Always had excellent service there, today no exception, staff are friendly and helpful, got the part I needed today over the counter, price was excellent, I managed to take a picture of the boiler make and model and left off the right hand side of the sticker which was the important part, staff soon sorted that little problem though, go there before you start driving miles for parts, highly recommend”

“Cannot find any fault whatsoever. The lad in the shop was so helpful. Even recommended a fabulous tradesman to assemble. Couldn't have been more helpful. Delivery was when arranged, drivers were so lovely and took all the wardrobes etc upstairs in really hot weather with a smile on their faces. Your staff are a credit to you. The wardrobes are fab up. We’ve used Tommy to fit two bedrooms, a downstairs bespoke storage cabinet and TV unit in the living room and most recently to fit our kitchen. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“Store is smaller but has a good selection of everything and escalators make access to each floor easier. There is also a lift cafe disappointing as small and choices for breakfasts are not as good found it expensive on individual items. beautifully cooked when arrived Staff still amazing and helpful.”

“Love this place but when I was at the checkout the lady called Anne told me there wasn't any carrier bags, I thought this a little peculiar and she gave me a black bin bag instead (and charged me £0.45)as I don't drive it was very awkward carrying my shopping in a bin liner to the train station, I won't be going back there any time soon ?”

“good selection, show room is a bit cluttered but ur there for the variety. Friendly staff, not bothersome. There is plenty of free parking and ev chargers are available between DFS, SCS and Greg's.”

“Been several times, during a period of a year or so, just to pick up my online orders and my experience has been great and straight forward. I've never had more than 3 people infront of me in the queue. The staff are always trying to speed as much as possible the deliveries and if a client takes a bit longer buying extras, like myself, such as insurances and it's payments (didn't do online), they start asking the other clients queuing to pass to the other online counter. My orders are always in store tops next day. Long pick up hours 7 days a week. The whole process takes max 4 mins, 6 mins if you buy extras. No problem yet with my brought articles.”
