Went and bought a new integrated dishwasher. Paid for installation and returned home. A few days later received the dishwasher and the chaps came to fit it. At this point they informed me that they could not and would not fit the dishwasher. I ponted out that I had paid for the installation. They still refused and left.... read full comment

Today I visited the St Helens store and approached two gentleman one was called Jordan I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, extremely friendly I needed help regarding cables for a VCR I found, my mum's just recently passed away and I wanted to watch these video tapes to help me remember.
