“Hello from going into the St Helens store and meeting Kevin who helped us choose the right mattress for us, his knowledge and expertise was excellent and such a nice person, he is a credit to your organisation. He gave us the delivery day and you kept us informed as to the time of delivery. Liam and Colin sent a text to tell us they were on there way and true to their text arrived on time, it was such a very hot day and moving and shifting mattresses must have been exhausting for them, they are an excellent team and again a credit to your organisation.

“Went into BQlooking at the lights in front of me there was a couple boxes open as I looked in one a bloke come at the side of me accused me of opening boxes and stuff going missing BQ u missed out on z good spend between lights and doors due to a bloke talking to customers like him won't be going in again”

“I went in Ryman in St Helens on Monday 28 November. I purchased a Fellowes heavy duty shredder. I was served by Ann who was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. Ann put my delivery details through the computer and said one would be ordered for me. Next day, Tuesday 19 November, it was delivered. I have shopped at this store numerous times and always got excellent customer service from the staff.”

“One of quite a few charity shops dotted around the town, this is one of the bigger charity shops. They usually have furniture in the window and inside you can find table and chairs, second hand clothes, books, shoes and other odd items such as ornaments. I recently bought a set of scales from this place for £3 They are still working well and are probably the best scales I have had. The staff consist mainly of elderly woman and they are very nice, pleasant and friendly. I believe they are volunteers so their work is extra special.”

“Ordered a bedroom carpet to be fitted and a double bed with mattress.Delivered on the day as suggested. Carpet fitted quickly and efficiently by a great fitter.There was a small part missing from securing the headboard. The manager brought it himself after work despite being out of his way and fitted the headboard himself which wasn’t part of the agreement.Great friendly service.Thank you Mike at the St Helens store.”

The sales assistant Amy was lovely, let me try the sofas and discussed all the available additions to the item. Had a nice chat with a lovely person while doing it. Amy was polite, professional and informative. Couldn't be happier with my visit to SCS St. Helens.”

The lady who served me (Possibly from the South, posh accent ?) was so polite and nothing was too much for her, had a very pleasant interaction about my dog! I didn’t catch her name.

“Today I visited the St Helens store and approached two gentleman one was called Jordan I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, extremely friendly I needed help regarding cables for a VCR I found, my mum's just recently passed away and I wanted to watch these video tapes to help me remember. These two lads were fantastic they knew it wasn't a worthy sale but they went above and beyond they expressed sympathy as I got upset and made me feel comfortable! I visited the store around 10am. Please give these two men a incentive as they both represent the company so well and I will be back in this store this week to make sure they have both been acknowledged by management”

“Called in today thinking they were open until 3.30 as it said on the website. Unfortunately due to a shortage of volunteers they are only able to take donations in the morning. But as we only had a few bits they very kindly took them off us. Yes they are limited in what they take as they know what people want but they were really helpful. I would have offered to volunteer if I wasnt already volunteering elsewhere. If youve a few hours to spare get in touch I'm sure they would welcome you”
