“I went in Ryman in St Helens on Monday 28 November. I purchased a Fellowes heavy duty shredder. I was served by Ann who was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. Ann put my delivery details through the computer and said one would be ordered for me. Next day, Tuesday 19 November, it was delivered. I have shopped at this store numerous times and always got excellent customer service from the staff.”

“Went shopping with my Grandson 18 December. Had a superb shopping experience. Staff were helpful when my Grandson made enquiries about a couple of items. The store was very tidy and very colourful. The temperature in the shop was just right, not to hot like some shops you go in. My Grandson got everything he wanted, so he was really pleased. I got two pairs of trousers, such good quality and value. Bonus too that I could try them on before buying them. We were served by a friendly member of the team. “One of quite a few charity shops dotted around the town, this is one of the bigger charity shops. They usually have furniture in the window and inside you can find table and chairs, second hand clothes, books, shoes and other odd items such as ornaments. I recently bought a set of scales from this place for £3 They are still working well and are probably the best scales I have had. The staff consist mainly of elderly woman and they are very nice, pleasant and friendly. I believe they are volunteers so their work is extra special.”

“Ordered a bedroom carpet to be fitted and a double bed with mattress.Delivered on the day as suggested. Carpet fitted quickly and efficiently by a great fitter.There was a small part missing from securing the headboard. The manager brought it himself after work despite being out of his way and fitted the headboard himself which wasn’t part of the agreement.Great friendly service.Thank you Mike at the St Helens store.”

The sales assistant Amy was lovely, let me try the sofas and discussed all the available additions to the item. Had a nice chat with a lovely person while doing it. “I had the pleasure of recieving some excellent customer service from Harry at Currys, St Helens, yesterday. Despite his youth, his professionalism, efficiency and dedication were beyond impressive. His ability to delegate to his more senior colleagues, solve issues quickly, and still provide me with a seamless and stress-free experience. What particulary stood out for me was that he clearly is overskilled for this role. He had at least 5 colleagues approach him, whilst he remained engaged with me. These coworkers openly admitted that they were not confident at doing things, Harry consistently gave them advice, offered solutions and virtually ran the area that he was working at that day, Phones. His positive attitude his handling of complex requests meant that customers were able to recieve direction. In the short time I was there his unwavering commitment to all made a significant difference to the entire store. I wholeheartedly recommend this young man for an award of some kind. He deserves it. Currys are very lucky to have him in their store. His talent and professionalism are rare. I have no doubt this individual is perhaps juggling college/university and this role. He will continue to excel in all he does and one day perhaps be a name we all remember. Thank You Harry.”

“Called in today thinking they were open until 3.30 as it said on the website. Unfortunately due to a shortage of volunteers they are only able to take donations in the morning. But as we only had a few bits they very kindly took them off us. Yes they are limited in what they take as they know what people want but they were really helpful. I would have offered to volunteer if I wasnt already volunteering elsewhere. If youve a few hours to spare get in touch I'm sure they would welcome you”

“Recently been into store to return a faulty product. jozeph couldn't of been anymore helpful. Made sure he explained everything thoroughly and what would happen next. Thank you for your help ! Credit to your store. He sorted this within 10 minutes however I was waiting on an email from the manager with the receipt which I never received, she said that it would take her a while to find it. Kudos to you jozeph. Very professional and solved my issue quickly.”
