Once identified it was on the back of a BMW recall, she advised it’s likely to be less work than expected.The service manager today was fab, couldn’t have been more helpful and ended up only needing some minor work, circa £90, as opposed to the £750 Williams Liverpool advised needed ‘urgent attention’.Will definitely be returning her for all future work on my BMW.”

“Ordered a bedroom carpet to be fitted and a double bed with mattress.Delivered on the day as suggested. Carpet fitted quickly and efficiently by a great fitter.There was a small part missing from securing the headboard. The manager brought it himself after work despite being out of his way and fitted the headboard himself which wasn’t part of the agreement.Great friendly service.Thank you Mike at the St Helens store.”

“Went in just to have a look, ended up with an Italian 3 piece suite at an amazing price, got a great deal, along with a solid oak coffee table and oak nest of tables. Debbie, the consultant, put a fantastic package together for me and saved me around £1400. She was always available but didn't follow me around and wasn't in the least pushy. Highly recommended”

“There's an Iceland inside here too which is handy. The tools and homeware range is good. They sell pretty much everything to be fair. Not sure about the quality of some of the items but prices seem to be good and selection is wide.The pet food and toys etc selection is good and there is quite a good range of arts and crafts stuff too.”

“Called in today thinking they were open until 3.30 as it said on the website. Unfortunately due to a shortage of volunteers they are only able to take donations in the morning. But as we only had a few bits they very kindly took them off us. Yes they are limited in what they take as they know what people want but they were really helpful. I would have offered to volunteer if I wasnt already volunteering elsewhere. If youve a few hours to spare get in touch I'm sure they would welcome you”
