Booked the appointment weeks ago through text message. My appointment was for 10am (opening time states 9:30am). I arrived at the salon at my appointment time, it was shut with the shutters down so I sent the women a text and walked around for awhile and then stood outside the salon waiting. She showed up over 25 minutes...
