I prepaid six nights at The Halyard Liverpool (~US $1,400). A visa delay pushed my arrival three days. When I finally arrived in the country —i called the front desk from the airport whom told me my reservation had been fully canceled because I hadn’t checked in on day one. No room, no refund, no help.
Wonderful stay with my daughter whilst we came to see dua lipa in Liverpool. Such lovely staff, the most comfortable beds!! And lovely setting in a great location. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay team
