Staff are great, very helpful and polite. Store always has a great selection of stock.

Jigsaw puzzles are very good and they have some new nice toys and present ideas for kids. Prices are ok and some items are expensive and some are not expensive but not cheap though. They have stuff for adults like jigsaws, so don't think this place is just for children.

Our Quiet Hour aims to create a calmer retail environment for autistic people by switching off the music, dimming lighting where possible and removing noisy demos. Quiet Hour runs for the first hour of opening. The Entertainer is one of the UKs largest toy retailers, currently operating over 170 stores. Our goal is to be the best loved Toy Shop, one child and one community at a time. That's why, in every store, we hold regular demonstrations, organise competitions and even have guest appearances from the most popular characters of the day as part of our Playground Club.
