Staff have no respect for people collecting surplus food for charity. They give to anybody without checking who it is assigned to and cause others wasted time and fuel. Attitude of the store manager is a disgrace. They couldn't care less. Lazy attitude.

Really poor customer service. Staff not very helpful and they are advertised as an evri drop off and collection. The printer is never working though and couldn’t even collect a parcel today as the staff hadn’t charged the hand held device. I’m going to Morrisons in future!
