As soon as I enter the petrol station a very nice guy by the name of shiron acknowledged me with a smile and how are you today I then went to pay for my purchases and he wished me a good day this amounts to respect . It cost nothing to be nice that's why he got 5 star

Visited the Shell drive-through car wash on Smithdown Road, and I must say, it was an experience. The customer service was so bad, I’m convinced they’re running some sort of secret training academy for aspiring villains.
