I think the staff at this store treat their customers very badly. They have no respect for the rights of the customer and do not accept responsibility for their mistake if they give incorrect advice.

Staff are willing to help, professional and answered any questions, unfortunately they didn’t have my daughters size in stock on the trainers she liked so the store assistant bought out similar alternatives for her to choose from and my daughter was happy enough to choose a different style.
