“Found staff very friendly in this community based Post Office also very helpful with all Post Office products and services giving the right imformation to make a choice of service. They sell cards for all occasions birthdays, anniversary, births, etc also seasonal which are excellent value for money and many other nik naks for great gift ideas. Also it's not only open 3 hrs a day this is a myth haha so pop down there and see for yourself.”

“This place has got to be the best Post Office in Liverpool for customer care and professional service.Opening hours are ideal (they don’t close at lunchtime) and COVID-19 safety measures are effectively in place.The staff are the most friendliest & courteous people I have ever met, nothing is too much trouble for them.The male boss and the two female tellers have worked there for years and I appreciate everything they do for our community.”

“Fantastic customer service today, excellent !!! I am from an local Infant School and needed to pay in our school donation for Children in Need. The "big" banks, HSBC and Barclays on Allerton Road would not accept the cash donation. HSBC does not have a "pay in" counter and Barclays just said they don't take Children in Need donations !! Thankfully, Efy from the post office gladly accepted and counted the cash for Children in Need , £583.52, despite the growing queue. Thank you Efy and staff.”

“What a difference people make? This post office used to be so poorly run with very long lines and, at least on two occassions, such poor customer service I started going elsewhere. Now it is under new management what a transformation! A quick moving queue and when you get to the front of it the kind of customer service that makes you feel, for the time of your transaction, the focus of attention. It is such a complex job to do well particularly in a community where their customers and their needs are so diverse. So friendly, effecient AND professional!”
