Visited Accrington Matalan earlier today with 2 shirts too return. Received as a gift I had no receipt. Told that they couldn't swap them as I had no receipt due to a large number of shoplifting occurring. Poor experience with Matalan’s Click & Collect. The website showed items were in stock in stoke-on trent, longton store, and available for same-day collection. Absolutely disgusting customer service especially when the call centre is in south africa I put the phone down twice couldn't understand them also been trying to get a refund for the last 3 weeks email after email won't shop online again are go instore BE WARNED.
