“Store is smaller but has a good selection of everything and escalators make access to each floor easier. There is also a lift cafe disappointing as small and choices for breakfasts are not as good found it expensive on individual items. beautifully cooked when arrived Staff still amazing and helpful.”

“I really like this Matalan and I visit every time I'm in Liverpool.

There is a great range of products for babies, women, men, home, birthday cards and garden. I always find a beautiful summer dress in there at a great price. The quality is very good for the prices you pay.

I found using the self service tills is very daunting. I found it hard to take the security tags off my items and it feels like you're working there for free to be honest. The gentleman who helped me though was very kind and efficient at his job and was happy to help.

Grab a bargain but leave enough time to faff at the self service tills.”

“This is my local store which I use often. Nice store, plenty of space and well organised. The staff are friendly and helpful. While queueing recently I had a funny turn which was quite scary. The staff on duty both on the till and on the floor went above and beyond to help me. They got me a chair by the door for fresh air, they gave me water, one member of staff stayed with me throughout until my husband arrived and kept me feeling calm, the lady on the till kept popping over to check on me. I could see the shop was quite busy but the staff made time to make me feel safe and look after me. I want to say a big thank you. Your time and care was much appreciated. It really meant alot. “Just been to woolton Argos to pick up my 3 items and Luke and Alex I think there names were and very polite and we'll mannered when I was being served thank you guys”

“Been several times, during a period of a year or so, just to pick up my online orders and my experience has been great and straight forward. I've never had more than 3 people infront of me in the queue. The staff are always trying to speed as much as possible the deliveries and if a client takes a bit longer buying extras, like myself, such as insurances and it's payments (didn't do online), they start asking the other clients queuing to pass to the other online counter. My orders are always in store tops next day. Long pick up hours 7 days a week. The whole process takes max 4 mins, 6 mins if you buy extras. No problem yet with my brought articles.”
