The revised system for appointments is so much better and makes you feel less anxious.You can also request future appointments which is brilliant as you can manage work/ personal commitments around seeing your GP. The doctors and reception staff are lovely.

I went on their website and it said do not call up, they are having a problem with their phone. So I managed to drag myself down there at 9 am for them to tell me they have no appointments left and if I want one I should have called up at 8am. Make your mind up

This surgery should be closed down 3rd time calling and waited 3hrs on phone from 15 in que to 3 then they stopped answering , they have not sorted a ongoing prescription with life threatening tablets their mess up and it will be closed by the time i finish work disgrace of a surgery doctors and staff absolute waste of... read full comment
