I went into Flannels Thursday after work and was severd by a lovely man called Dean ,he helped me with the right Foundation he was so chatty and Friendly He put me at ease ,there was no forceful sell like some Department stores . ?

Flannels great experience, I love that you have someone helping you all the time. My partner and I was super impressed with the service. The young lady was with us giving us plenty of options definitely will be back to Liverpool for their service alone. There are 4 floors of great selections for men women and children.

Can someone remind the staff that they aren't models for the brands and that they are sales assistants so assist with the sales instead of standing around judging people and not doing very much
