Staff was very helpful and greeting. Its the closest boots I’ve got in my area and I was able to use advantage card points on my purchase

I should actually be giving zero stars for Customer service from Boots on Boaler Street! I am gobsmacked at the rude nature of the interaction from the male staff member ( who was a slim, white male, dressed in a formal white shirt with a blue tie & had stubble on the skin of his his lower jawline)I have just encountered!... read full comment
