Every time I come to this chemist they only have one members of staff serving, the Que is out the door and you spend 30 minutes waiting to be told it’s not ready, then you come back and it’s still not ready even though the proscription has been with them 3 to 4 days. Pick up that phone 2 Days trying to get in touch with boots halewood..no one picks that phone up. And now there using AI to answer ur questions there's the first job gone..
