I m Really baffled with this shop don’t understand the odd designer label taking a massive leap in price….Ralph Lauren polo shirts in tk maxx brand new are for sale at £29.99 but in this store the manager believes in checking out Ralph Lauren website and doing a price comparison of £60.00 brand new and then charging...

Refused a refund due to item being a ‘Christmas gift’, was told by the store manager item was tested but needed new batteries which was obviously a lie and now I am made to suffer.
