Urgent Feedback Regarding Recent Experience at Apple Store Liverpool One with EMMA MANAGERDear Apple Customer Service Team,I am writing to address a concerning experience I recently had at the Apple Store in Liverpool One. I had booked an appointment for a specific issue and upon arrival, I was met with a disappointing level of customer service that left me utterly shocked.The initial encounter with a staff member regarding my appointment was unwelcoming and lacked the basic customer care skills I would expect from an Apple employee. Subsequently, the manager, Emma, displayed a similar lack of empathy and professionalism, which was disheartening given the reputation of Apple. Her behavior was unacceptable and did not align with the high standards Apple is known for.Despite being asked to return the next day with proof of purchase, my subsequent visit only reinforced the negative experience. Emma's attitude towards me was dismissive and humiliating, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.Fortunately, a visit to another Apple Store in London restored my faith in the brand, as the employee I encountered there demonstrated exceptional customer service and quickly resolved the issue. It became evident that the information provided by Emma was incorrect, further highlighting the need for a reevaluation of her role within the company.I urge Apple to address the situation promptly and take necessary steps to ensure that all employees, especially those in management positions, embody the values of excellent customer service and professionalism that Apple is known for. Failure to address this issue may result in continued negative customer experiences at the Liverpool One store.

Busy with a lot of helpful assistants. Could do with some customer seating that isn?t low little cubes - some of us are too old with dodgy knees to use such seating.

I went to this apple store several weeks ago to buy a Apple Watch Ultra. One of the staff who stand in front of the shop ask me if i want to buy one or just looking. I said i am not sure. He showed impatient and speak to another customer and ignored me . I don?t know if i am not local or any other reason let him treat me in a very rude way.

Today?s experience was the worst. I was on the process of replacing my iPad Pro third generation. It was not backed up. Once I was managing to back it up it took me 5 hours to do the back up. And I said I will wait till the last minute then I will do the replacement process. At 6:40pm I told them let?s do the replacement, they said oh there no technicians left at this time we to book you another time. I was seen by multiple technicians multiple workers there, they knew it waiting for the backup and the replacement, nobody said that technician leave before 6:40 pm or I have till that time to do the replacement. I just waited there doing backup with the hope the replacement will happen later. But I was replied with sorry mate no technicians around. I needed the iPad for my job and I will not be able to use It because of this service. Very disappointed very un professional service.

On entering the store I was greeted with 'can i help you mate'. I'm not sure if this is your standard for greeting people, but I really don't as a woman in her 50's, wish to be called 'mate' by anyone. Hight of rudeness.

Brilliant customer service, was welcomed right away and explained what was the issue with my iPhone. I think his name was Chris, the staff member at Liverpool One was very helpful and understanding with my deafness needs. Would recommend anyone who have issues with Apple devices to go there.

Surprised to see no dedicated bay for iPad like there is for watch, iPhone, accessories etc but still a great shop with lots of room and plenty of staff on hand to help. Really cool that there?s workshops you can go to there

The experience was absolutely excellent. I was helped by 2 exceptionally helpful assistants. Harry spent time helping me set up my new iPhone. He was very knowledgable and had excellent people skills. I was sat at a table with other customers needing set up help- he dealt with everyone with patience and expertise. I didn?t feel at all patronised. He explained the various lessons available at the Apple Store and I intend to return. Spanish Sam, who helped me initially was also excellent.

Went into the apple store to look at getting an ipad for university and was so disappointed, the customer service was awful. I had to ask for help two times from employees who were standing around dawdling and both told me to speak to the staff at the front of the store and came across very entitled. Spoiler: there were no staff at the front of the store so i was left to figure out how to use and purchase an ipad on my own. I ended up leaving the store empty handed and went to Samsung just downstairs which had much better employees and the tech was much easier to navigate.

Like many, I?ve experienced woefully poor customer service at the Apple Store in Liverpool One.Staff are either rude and/or apathetic. I?ve experienced at least two episodes of combative behaviour. It?s really not okay.Customer service is obviously not a priority and I hope that Apple to takes measures to improve this.

Excellent Service as expected from Apple. I bought a new MacBook Air with the M2 chip. The sales person ran through all my needs and what the laptop can do and made the whole buying experience a joy!
