Visited the Liverpool store today and was a mixed experience. The customer service me and my partner received was outstanding, we didn't just have one sales rep we had 3, they went above and beyond, even got a cheeky discount and some freebies ? they recommend a thing or 2 and it didn't disappoint so they know what's the bomb and what's not. I visited the store on Saturday evening where Aisling helped me picking out some underwear in the correct size for me, nothing was too much for her she made me feel comfortable and at ease as a plus size female.
