The manager is so rude. I hate going in. They never answer the phone. It's much better in Stonedale store.

I visited the Kirkby branch today and was shocked at the lack of customer service skills. When I got to the tills and asked for NHS discount (with my badge), the man serving replied: “you NHS ones always want discount, I should say no considering I waited 16 hours in A&E last week”.
