Gave them countless second chances. Now found another agent to manage my property. Charge well over the top for repairs, tennant can never get through to them to report problems which eventually lead to bigger and bigger issues. Avoid.

I have just recently moved property and the service received from Lucy at Karen Parks was next to none. From the very first steps to completion, Lucy's support was outstanding. She kept in constant contact and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible - even turned up my door step with the most beautiful bouquet! Jaz and Karen were also amazing and between the three of them, found me my perfect, forever home.
