In 2025, most letting agents tend to be difficult to deal with. Not Karen Parks though! Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Gave them countless second chances. Now found another agent to manage my property. Charge well over the top for repairs, tennant can never get through to them to report problems which eventually lead to bigger and bigger issues. Avoid.
